All kids have a basic need to connect with their parents/caregivers. And all kids are designed to move and climb and jump and dance and hop and move again! Whether you have a baby that is rolling or a baby that is crawling, or a baby that is running- movement, dancing and yoga is something all kids enjoy and love because they are doing what they are built to do. And ofcourse there are tons of physical, mental and emotional benefits. At baby and toddler YMD (Yoga, movement and dancing), you will be nurturing connection with your bub, getting playful with your babies (which they love) and working out and releasing those yummy endorphins which help you feel relaxed and calm.
